We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur professional to join our team as a Concur Expert.

About the Role:

This is a key position for anyone with expertise in implementing, configuring and supporting SAP Concur solutions. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients by designing workflows, approving hierarchies, audit rules, and policy settings.

You will also coordinate integrations between SAP Concur and other financial systems. Your task will include conducting training sessions, preparing functional specifications, and ensuring that all stakeholders have the necessary information and support.

Additionally, you will ensure compliance reporting through Cognos-based tools and provide escalation and adoption support from SAP Concur teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure SAP Concur Travel and Expense solutions based on client requirements
  • Customize workflows, approval hierarchies, audit rules, and policy settings
  • Provide support for post-go-live issues, including end-user queries, bug fixes, and system enhancements
  • Coordinate integration between SAP Concur and SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA) or third-party financial systems
  • Develop and maintain reports using SAP Concur Reporting (Standard/Intelligence) and support compliance reporting
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare functional specifications
  • Perform end-user training and document configuration and process flows
  • Ensure expense policies are enforced through audit rules and automation
  • Liaise with SAP Concur Support and Product teams for escalations and adoption of new features
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur – Travel & Expense
  • Strong understanding of Concur Travel, Expense, and Request modules
  • Experience with workflow design, expense policy configuration, and audit rule setup
  • Knowledge of Concur integrations with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle) via Concur Connector, APIs, or middleware
  • Familiarity with Concur Intelligence and Reporting Tool (Cognos-based)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points:
  • Exposure to mobile app configuration and expense reimbursement cycles
  • Knowledge of corporate card integration (e.g., AMEX, VISA feeds)
  • Experience with global deployments and multi-currency, multi-country configurations
  • SAP Concur Certification (Travel/Expense) is a plus
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • SAP Concur training or certification preferred
