Job Description:

  • As an IAM Specialist, you will design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Saviynt.
  • You will install Saviynt Connect and configure it to meet the organization's needs.
IAM Solutions Implementation

Implement custom rules and workflows related to Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes. This includes integrating Saviynt with HR systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications using out-of-the-box and custom connectors.

Policy Development

Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Custom Connector Development

Create custom connectors for onboarding applications and develop REST API connectors for web applications and authoritative sources like SAP, PeopleSoft, and Workday.

Security Policy Enforcement

Develop and enforce security policies related to identity and access management. Implement periodic access reviews to ensure appropriate access levels and automate access review processes to streamline compliance checks.

Reporting and Support

Generate reports on access review findings and actions taken. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff on Saviynt functionalities.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or Master of Computer Applications/Bachelor of Computer Applications degree is required, along with 6-10 years of experience in IAM solutions implementation.
