Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales and Lead Generation Professional to join our team at Bytive. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads, as well as scheduling appointments with the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cold calling, research, and database maintenance. They will also be proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel, and have a strong knowledge of CRM systems.

In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of our services and how they can benefit our clients. You will also be responsible for direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. You will also need to have strong project and time management skills, as well as experience working with Western companies.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect, generate, qualify, process, and follow up on leads.

2. Create databases from scratch using various market research tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.

3. Achieve weekly sales targets by scheduling appointments with CXO-level/decision makers in client companies.

4. Qualify prospects through contact.

5. Perform direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.

6. Develop a deep understanding of our services to facilitate the sales process.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Experience with cold calling.

Experience with research and database maintenance.

Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.

Experience with CRM systems.

Strong project and time management skills.

Experience working with Western companies.
