Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing process, manage equipment and materials, and ensure quality control at our facility in Thanjavur.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Manage equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Coordinate with teams to meet production targets and deadlines
• Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high standards
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• 5-10 years of experience in production management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials management, and production optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
