Job Description

A Field Marketing Professional is required to implement and manage Business-to-Leader (BTL) activities across various channels to promote education products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively.

The role involves planning and executing BTL activities such as school/college tie-ups, seminars, apartment/community campaigns, roadshows, kiosks, stalls, parent/student meets, referral programs, scholarship test promotions, and awareness drives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating student leads and increasing walk-ins for admissions by leveraging local networks and community relationships.

Collaboration with the Sales team is essential to achieve admission targets and ensure brand visibility through offline promotions.
