Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled frontend developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React and design/UI skills, with the ability to craft high-quality user experiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement responsive, pixel-perfect web pages and components using React
  • Translate product and marketing requirements into engaging landing pages and product UI flows.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Define and maintain a design system / component library for consistency.
  • Prototype and test new UX patterns for services (dashboards, workflows, content management).
  • Optimize performance and accessibility across browsers and devices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years experience in frontend development (React, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Chakra)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design/UI skills — ability to take a concept and create polished, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Experience building landing pages and marketing sites (with A/B testing, SEO basics, analytics integration)
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG)
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate with backend engineers, marketers, and founders in a fast-moving startup
