Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned AI leader to spearhead the development of large language models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, train, and deploy LLMs using techniques like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures
  • Develop high-quality, efficient code in Python and SQL, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices
  • Oversee the deployment of GenAI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS), optimizing resource usage and ensuring robust CI/CD processes
  • Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to define project requirements, translate technical details, and deliver impactful AI products
  • Provide technical leadership and knowledge-sharing to the engineering team, fostering best practices in machine learning and large language model development
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM research and generative AI, proposing and experimenting with emerging techniques to drive ongoing improvements in model performance

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in developing and optimizing LLM-based solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
