About this RoleThe Financial Data Governance Specialist plays a crucial role as the Business Information Records Officer (BIRO), overseeing evidence management and control functions for all topics and risk types related to information retention. As part of the Business Risk & Control (BRC) team within Private Bank Germany, you will be responsible for implementing aspects of the Records Management Strategy.
Your key responsibilities include ensuring record management and regulatory reporting issues, such as inventory recertification, record deletion processes, and physical archive governance. You will collaborate with the Group Records Management Office and Compliance for Regulatory Reporting, representing Private Bank in cross-divisional meetings and implementing solutions like EUDA recertification, Application Surveys, and Third Party Messaging.
Your Key Responsibilities- Structure and control technical coordination and independent implementation of overarching tasks/projects in the Private Bank Record Management and Regulatory Reporting context.
- Contact the division and control functions in DB Group on PB Records Management and Regulatory Reporting.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and support senior management decision templates.
- Create, maintain, and monitor divisional Record Management concepts/policies.
- Coordinate with BIROs of other divisions and the central Group Records Management Office program at group level.
- Serve as a control and escalation point for internal and external audits focusing on Record Management.
This role offers an estimated annual salary of ₹13,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
