Job Title: Linux Server System Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Linux server administrator to oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of our server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server provisioning, troubleshooting, and virtualization platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure bare metal servers for efficient operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex Linux and Windows OS-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to diagnose and resolve hardware-related problems.
  • Perform network troubleshooting, including speed tests and connectivity checks, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage and support VPS environments using Proxmox for seamless integration.
  • Optimize system security, performance, and uptime by monitoring server health and implementing proactive measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Linux server administration, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Hands-on experience with bare metal server provisioning, including deployment and configuration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting, including speed tests and connectivity checks.
  • Familiarity with VPS management using Proxmox, with a focus on efficiency and integration.
  • Understanding of Content Delivery Networks (CDN) and their role in optimizing content distribution.
