Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and talented UI/UX Design Lead to spearhead our design function. As a key member of our team, you will lead a small but growing group of designers in delivering world-class user experiences.

About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX and graphic designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Define and own the design vision, ensuring consistency across digital products and brand touchpoints, driving business growth and success
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, leveraging industry-leading tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with product, development, and SEO team members to translate business goals into user-friendly designs, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment
  • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices, promoting efficiency and quality
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs, meeting client expectations and exceeding goals
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies, applying expert knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field from a reputable design school, demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design principles
  • 2-5 years of professional design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, showcasing leadership skills and abilities
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms, highlighting creativity and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools, with a focus on usability and accessibility
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design, driving customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments, promoting collaboration and teamwork
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design decisions effectively, facilitating stakeholder buy-in and support
