Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced data migration specialist to drive our mission to revolutionize recruitment processes.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, managing and optimizing complex data migrations using your technical skills and AI coding assistants. You will work with legacy platforms and migrate data into scalable data architectures at scale.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Migrations: Design, manage and optimize complex data migrations.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets.
  • Data Transformation & Modelling: Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) so the thought process becomes second nature.
  • End-to-End Process Ownership: Own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into production environments and supporting customer success to delight clients during this migration.
  • Documentation: Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management.

  • Customer Migration Experience: +20 successful customer migrations with data transformation experience.
  • Internal Migration Experience: Experience in transforming and migrating data as part of a data engineering role.
