Job Title: Staff Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to handle various financial tasks, including banking operations and cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flow across multiple bank accounts and liaise with banks for necessary documentation.
  • Prepare daily MIS on liquidity and obtain necessary records.
  • Assist with weekly payment summaries, review employee claims, and manage credit cards.
  • Procure licenses, produce monthly payment reports, and assist with financing deals.
  • Record journal entries using NetSuite and collaborate with departments on accruals and vendor management.
  • Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and prepare financial reports.
  • Collaborate with auditors on annual external audits and provide requested materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or related field.
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in handling banking transactions and fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills and good understanding of Excel.
