Job Overview

The Senior Electronics Manufacturing Manager will oversee the production of electronic products, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive cost reduction initiatives and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate export sales, meet sales targets, and ensure quantity, quality, and delivery requirements are fulfilled.
  • Engage in short-term and medium-term planning and budgeting to achieve company goals and objectives in manufacturing operations.
  • Calculate capacities and recommend line balancing strategies to optimize resource utilization.
  • Lead teams to achieve planned quality and quantity levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop methods and systems to proactively address potential quality issues and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure personnel, materials, and machine safety, providing support to new product development and production processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, possess strong problem-solving skills, and consider short-term, medium-term, and long-term requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in production processes and capable of managing a large team consisting of senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel.
