We are seeking a specialist to bridge communication gaps between technical and business teams in China. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) and English, with some exposure to software development concepts.

  • Provide Chinese language expertise for translation, interpretation, and review of technical/business documents.
  • Assist in communication and collaboration between software developers and business stakeholders.
  • Support requirement gathering, documentation, and validation activities in Chinese and English.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Be fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
  • Have prior experience in translation, business analysis, or support roles.
  • Have basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), tools, or IT projects.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.

We require the candidate to be available during morning IST hours on weekdays and have contractual/part-time availability, paid on an hourly basis. A nice-to-have would be hands-on experience or academic exposure to coding, application development, or technical documentation, as well as familiarity with tools like MS Office, Jira, Confluence, or any project collaboration platforms.
