Description:
Prominent in managing assets, materials, and contracts for core maintenance points. Facilitate fiber network performance monitoring against Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Assist in operations management of infrastructure and access electronics to defined SLAs. Provide detailed information about fiber spans for inter, intra, and access networks. Collaborate with the Network Operations Center for issue resolution. Partner with Operational Management, Internet Service Provider (ISP) core teams for critical issues. Ensure sufficient material at CMP warehouses for fiber operations. Drive and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Implement quality, health, safety, environment, and fire policies. Maintain fiber network quality and ensure quality work during fault restoration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience.
