Job Responsibilities

As a Flutter developer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, maintaining, and enhancing mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborating with designers and backend developers to implement scalable and well-architected solutions.
  • Creating custom UI components, animations, and transitions to enhance user experience.
  • Optimizing mobile applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and ensuring high code quality and maintainability.
  • Debugging and resolving technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Implementing push notifications, third-party integrations, and RESTful API integrations.
  • Staying up-to-date with Flutter updates and mobile development best practices to continually improve the app's functionality.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years of proven experience in Flutter.
  • A demonstrable portfolio of Flutter applications on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development frameworks.
  • A solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including publishing to app stores.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of push notifications.
  • Knowledge of state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc) and dependency injection.
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes for mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of both iOS and Android platform guidelines for design and development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or similar backend services.
  • Familiarity with native iOS/Android code for advanced customizations in Flutter.
