Performance Marketing Professional

We're seeking a high-performing professional to lead the execution of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive business growth.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving 3X+ return on ad spend (ROAS) and contributing to revenue growth exceeding $100 million.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Leading end-to-end campaign execution: creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management.
  • Analyzing campaign data to optimize for cost per acquisition (CPA), ROAS, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions.
  • Overseeing and managing campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective advertising and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Cross-functional collaboration is essential. The successful candidate will work closely with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure aligned execution.

Requirements include:

  • Meta Ads Certification (mandatory).
  • Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking.

The ideal candidate brings:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, scaling startups or working with high-impact agencies.
  • A proven track record of delivering 3X+ ROAS and scaled campaigns contributing to $100M+ revenue growth.
