Job Title:

Senior Data Scientist is a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement deep learning architectures using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras to improve model performance and accuracy.
  2. Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
  3. Fine-tune models for optimal performance, efficiency, and scalability.
  4. Deploy ML models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or edge devices to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, to build robust data pipelines that meet business requirements.
  6. Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them to real-world problems to stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices to ensure efficient maintenance and updates.
  8. Perform model evaluation, A/B testing, and error analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize model performance.
  9. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable AI solutions that drive business value.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras to develop and deploy scalable models.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques to improve model performance and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and databases (SQL, NoSQL) to design and implement scalable data pipelines.
  • Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management.
