Job Title: Oracle Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle functional consultant to join our team.

">
  • ">
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.">
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and support projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.">
  • Configure and optimize Oracle SCM modules, including data conversions, master data setup, and functional testing.">
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, offshore teams, and technical developers to design, validate, and implement solutions.">
  • Drive end-to-end testing cycles using Oracle OUM methodology, ensuring defect-free delivery.">
  • Analyze and resolve critical production issues, raising and managing Sev-1 SRs with Oracle Support where necessary.">
  • Define and articulate end-to-end business processes with clear integration touchpoints across SCM, Procurement, and Finance.">
  • Manage project deliverables, scope control, and change management processes, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.">
  • Provide functional expertise during solution design, data migration, UAT, and cutover phases.">

Our ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Oracle SCM configuration, data conversion, and functional testing.

They will have a strong understanding of Oracle Apps functional/technical architecture and integration touchpoints across modules.

Additionally, they will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for handling production issues and optimizing processes.

The selected candidate will be expected to work effectively with cross-functional global delivery models.

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are required:

  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules: Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.">
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM configuration, data conversion, and functional testing.">
  • Proven experience in large-scale Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades (at least 1 full-cycle end-to-end project).">
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Apps functional/technical architecture and integration touchpoints across modules.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for handling production issues and optimizing processes.">
  • Experience working with Oracle Support on Sev-1 issues.">
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills.">
  • Strong team management and leadership skills in handling cross-functional global delivery models.">
  • Exposure to Cost Management, Advanced Pricing, and Supply Chain Planning modules.">
  • Familiarity with cloud migration (EBS to Oracle Fusion SCM).">
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies and global delivery models.">
