Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce applications and features. This includes planning, deployment, and post-deployment support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the delivery lifecycle of Salesforce projects from conception to completion.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely releases.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce deployment issues and failures efficiently.
  4. Apply best practices in version control, configuration, and release management.
  5. Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system and deployment issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • SFDC Admin Certification (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in delivery of Salesforce-based SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and deployment strategies.
  • Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills related to Salesforce deployments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a DevOps environment is an added advantage.
