Portfolio Management Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in managing customer portfolios, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with key performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Regularly review and update customer information, including interest servicing, churning, renewal, and enhancement of existing limits.
• Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with customers, anticipate their future needs, and introduce solutions to build and strengthen effective portfolios.
• Credit Operations and Product Teams: Work closely with these teams to enhance, retain, or exit customers from the portfolio.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster collaborative work cultures among credit, relationship managers, and operations teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Graduation in any discipline; preference given to Agri graduates.
• Professional Degrees: CA, CFA, ICWA, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in portfolio management and customer relationship management.
