Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to spearhead software product sales in the ASEAN region, focusing on strategic markets such as Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Thailand, and Laos. This role entails identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ASEAN region, specifically targeting key markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive software product sales, leveraging your network and expertise.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate growth and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, or initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and excellent results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promote our software products.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth, sales revenue, and market expansion.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
