Job Title:

Senior Project Manager - Finance Operations

Work Location: Pan India.

Job Description:

As a seasoned Financial Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using SAP or Oracle Project Management & Accounting (PMA) modules. Your goal is to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth by optimizing project management processes.

To achieve this, you will work closely with clients to gather and understand their business processes, re-engineer and design solutions that meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration and efficient data management. This role requires strong technical expertise in Project Management & Accounting modules in SAP or Oracle, including setting up and configuring the module.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

• Developing Work Break-down Structure (WBS) to manage projects effectively

• Ensuring accurate Revenue Recognition and Realization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should have a good understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulations, as well as experience working with Project Management & Accounting modules in SAP or Oracle. A strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field is essential.

In addition, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can analyze complex problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions. They should also be able to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
