We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, who can drive business outcomes through data-driven insights and process improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed functional specifications for solution development and implementation.
  • Analyse business requirements and assess their impact on the organization.
  • Design and implement optimal target state business processes.
  • Develop and execute roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity.
  • Foster collaboration between business divisions and solution providers to support solution identification, implementation, and maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Insurance industry concepts and practices.
  • Data Management: Experience with creating logical and physical data models.
  • Communication: Excellent PPT creation and documentation skills.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Understanding of analytics and reporting needs within various domains.
  • Requirement Gathering and Testing: Proven experience in gathering and testing requirements.
  • Scope Management: Ability to manage scope effectively.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems and propose solutions that address expressed needs.
  • Negotiation and Consensus Building: Ability to facilitate negotiation and build consensus amongst competing parties.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with stakeholders to identify and define priorities appropriately.
