About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to lead and drive our frontend engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead a team of skilled frontend developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks. Design, build, and architect high-performance web and mobile applications using a range of technologies and frameworks.
  • Technology Ownership: Demonstrate expertise across multiple frontend technologies and frameworks, evaluating and recommending new tools and libraries to improve productivity and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment with engineering, design, QA, and product teams. Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is beneficial.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
