At Lease On Click, we're seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

About the Role

  • Identify and develop relationships with private and public landlords, as well as retail partners to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and grow existing tenant relationships, while continuously seeking new opportunities to expand our business.
  • Network with local small businesses, entrepreneurs, and industry associates to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Research and identify new leasable locations to expand our portfolio.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and renegotiate existing ones to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales/Account Executive role, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (over 60%).
