Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive MIS frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs, with a strong focus on the private equity sector.
- Review control and monitoring mechanisms, establish and track critical KPIs periodically, and perform gap analysis.
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews of financial statements and industry benchmarking.
Provide timely and accurate data analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making insights during deal execution and transaction support.
