Mind Frey offers an education streaming service with over 2500 paid members. Our platform delivers personalized content in various subjects, tailored to each user's knowledge level.

We collaborate with educators from premier Indian institutes like IISC Bangalore and TISS Mumbai, utilizing AI and Machine Learning to create highly personalized educational experiences. Our flagship product, QRT (Quiz-Report-Track), provides granular insights into student performance and helps teachers, parents, and institutions better understand and support every learner.

The Role:
  • This role requires a skilled Frontend Developer to contribute to two core products: Mobile Application and Web Portal.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating seamless user experiences, have an eye for design, and translate complex requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain frontend features for mobile apps using Flutter.
  • Build, optimize, and scale web frontends using Next.js and React ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life.
  • Ensure applications are responsive, fast, and pixel-perfect across devices.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and improve performance.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and tools.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer (mobile and/or web).
  • Strong expertise in Flutter (Dart) for cross-platform app development.
  • Proficiency in Next.js, React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of state management (e.g., Provider, Redux, or similar).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration best practices.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.
  • Strong eye for UI/UX details and ability to build intuitive user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, performance optimization, and SEO (for web).
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Firebase/Supabase, or AWS Amplify.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for app and web deployments.
  • Understanding of analytics integration (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Appsflyer).
  • Prior work in SaaS, or Marketplace platforms.
