About Plum

We are looking for a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the finance function, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in finance and FP&A. They should have experience working with financial models, budgets, and forecasting. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating annual budgets, building financial models, and monitoring targets against plan. They will also be required to publish regular MIS dashboards for leadership and management, as well as perform analysis of cost KPIs and monitor key metrics.

Beyond their technical skills, we are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a collaborator. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Create annual budgets and build financial models.
  • Monitor targets against plan and make course corrections as needed.
  • Publish regular MIS dashboards for leadership and management.
  • Analyze cost KPIs and monitor key metrics.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • CA or MBA degree in finance.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field.
  • Strong data gathering and manipulation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with business leaders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep expertise in Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
  • Prior experience in business-facing roles.
  • Strong experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
