About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Finance & Strategy professional to partner with our founder in building a financially sound and strategically sharp consumer brand. As a key member of our Founder's Office, you'll play a critical role in helping shape business decisions, raise capital, manage investor relationships, and build the internal finance function from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of finance, growth, and strategic thinking ideal for someone who has the experience and ambition to help scale a brand from zero to one (and beyond).

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Manage relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, VC/PE, FP&A, or early-stage startups
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel/financial modeling
  • Global mindset and polished communication style, able to represent the brand confidently in external conversations
  • Passion for building from the ground up: the 0→1 journey excites you, and you thrive in early-stage chaos where you can wear multiple hats and shape the outcome
