Job Title: Administrative Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Director to oversee and streamline our administrative operations, ensuring efficient resource management, compliance, and a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Management: Conduct vendor audits, invite quotations as per job requirements, ensure timely completion of vendor cycles, and verify that third-party vendors provide services as per agreements/AMCs.
  • Facility Management: Ensure facility teams resolve maintenance issues daily, monitor electrical consumption across locations, and maintain equipment according to schedules and as needed.
  • Budget and MIS: Track and manage expenditures within allocated budgets, create reports on electricity data (budgeted vs. actual), and focus on cost-cutting for maintenance activities.
  • Planning and Execution of Services: Plan and execute services for air conditioning, water supply, pest control, and stationery, track electricity consumption to minimize bills, and monitor stock and consumption across facilities.
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with statutory and government bodies to ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
  • Cafeteria Management: Manage daily office cafeteria operations in line with company guidelines to ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Safety Management: Ensure security of employees, company assets, and premises by maintaining effective security measures and visitor management.
  • Travel Management and Guest House Management: Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors, negotiate contracts or rates, and develop strategic policies for corporate travel.
  • Property Management: Oversee the search for leased office premises, repair, and maintenance of offices, and improvement of building systems.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10-15 years
  • Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
