Job Title

A Senior Process Engineer is needed to join our team in delivering high-quality services to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Process industries.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to develop complex dynamic simulation process models and smart applications using Simulation and Optimization tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing dynamic process models for Oil & Gas Processes
  • Configuring dynamic process models for Oil & Gas Processes
  • Running simulations for wide range of scenarios with built models
  • Performing optimization and de-bottlenecking studies
  • Assisting with Flow Assurance model building for Real-time production assurance systems

Key Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
  • At least 8 years of experience in Refinery or Petrochemical operations/process controls/process Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Advanced Process Control, Real-Time Optimization, Performance Monitoring and First Principal modelling
  • Proficiency in Aspen Hysys, Aspen GDOT, KBC Petrosim, Technip Spyro etc.
