Lead Process Representative

We are also seeking a Lead Process Representative with 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Loan Servicing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial statement analysis, income statement analysis, and financial spreading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced Commercial Loan Servicing representatives
  • Research and resolve complex inquiries
  • Train others on complex loan agency inquiries and servicing language
  • Coordinate and reconcile loan advances and payments
  • Support loan trading and assignments

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Loan Servicing or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in Lead Process Representative role
  • Expertise in financial statement analysis, income statement analysis, and financial spreading
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
