Job Description
You will lead our content strategy and execution. You will own end-to-end content creation, distribution, and performance measurement. Additionally, you will help build the founder's personal brand and manage their LinkedIn presence.
Key Responsibilities
1 - Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop an overall content roadmap aligned with our business objectives.
- Determine key topics, formats, and channels to engage our target audience.
2 - Content Creation & Management
- Create high-quality, actionable content (articles, videos, reels, newsletters) that helps readers leverage AI in their work.
- E nsure all content meets our brand and quality standards.
3 - Distribution & Promotion
- Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
- Leverage social media, newsletters, and partnerships to amplify content reach.
- Track and report on content performance metrics, and optimize based on insights.
4 - Personal Brand Building for the Founder
- Develop and execute a personal brand strategy for the founder, focusing on LinkedIn.
- Compose engaging LinkedIn posts, thought leadership pieces, and personal stories that showcase expertise and connect with the audience.
- Respond to audience engagement and maintain an active, credible presence for the founder online.
What We're Looking For
To ensure a great fit for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Passion for content and community-building.
- Proven track record in content strategy and storytelling, with at least one or two years of experience.
- Experience with SEO best practices, social media distribution, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with building a personal brand presence on LinkedIn or similar platforms.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 per annum
