Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineers to support the growth of our cloud-based solutions.
The selected candidates will contribute to enhancing performance, security, and efficiency by helping with cloud transformations, migrations, and support for a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and onboard new customers into our cloud environment.
- Lead the migration of on-premise customers to the cloud.
- Manage and execute the migration of customers from LoadSpring to the cloud.
- Provide round-the-clock support for customers, focusing on transformations and infrastructure maintenance.
- Perform regular patching and modernization of cloud infrastructure.
- Provide cloud support for customers expanding into new markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in cloud operations, migrations, and customer onboarding within a cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management, including patching and modernization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple migrations and transformations simultaneously.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
