About the Role

The Market Development Specialist will ensure the launch significance of innovation and its fitment to our tailored solutions. They will generate high-quality data and transmit it timely for better analytics to influence the launch strategy of crop science technologies in the IBSL cluster.

As a key technical leader at field, they will ensure confidence among internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing colleagues, and primary points of customer feedback generation to identify met and unmet needs to be part of idea generation for influencing future innovation.

They will also ensure License to operate of crop science by working closely with key regulatory, university, and research organizations.

  • Execute a field experimentation strategy of MD in sales geographies
  • Evaluate quality trial implementation and data generation for enabling the organization to fine-tune and decide on right solutions to the IBSL cluster
  • Transfer the technical value proposition of our technologies, products, and agronomic systems to the cluster market development
  • Be a key resource in ensuring License to operate with key interfaces to provincial regulators, agriculture universities, and research organizations
  • Understand the yield environment, technical and commercial demands of the regional cluster agronomic system
  • Detect best practices and needs of our customers to anticipate market demands
  • Implement the Market Development's knowledge transfer plan, including in-person events, Crop tours, centers of excellence, tailor-made solution testing plots, crop specialism trainings, etc.
