Job Description

We are seeking an experienced developer to lead the development of complex systems using Java technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application development and architecture, including designing and developing applications using Java technologies.

  • Developing and managing applications using Java technologies.
  • Designing and developing complex systems that meet business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Hands-on experience in application development and architecture is essential. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing complex systems, as well as security vulnerability remediation and fixes.

Additional required skills include:

  • Expertise in designing and developing complex systems.
  • Security vulnerability remediation and fixes.
  • Coordinating with QA teams and partner teams.
  • Regular status updates.
  • Maintenance and Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities.
  • Identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities.
  • Translating business requirements into technical design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Leading by example and motivating the team to produce excellent results.
  • Experience with SDLC processes and agile methodologies.
Benefits

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in BPM, preferably jBPM.

Additionally, they will have:

  • Technical Architect; Java, cloud/Containerization.
  • JavaScript-based UI frameworks such as AngularJS, React etc.
  • Good knowledge in Application Architecture, System Design Documents, Technology Blueprint documents.
  • Agile methodologies and application development life cycle.
  • Strong in Java, J2EE, Spring, Sprint Boot, Webservices and Junit, Microservices.
  • Prior experience or good knowledge of Kafka, Spring Batch.
  • Database concepts and query optimization of relational databases.
  • Cloud and cloud-based technologies and concepts such as Azure.
  • Experience of generating reports.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and automation/configuration management using Chef, or Puppet.
