Lead Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Educator who will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational vision of our institution.
This individual will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment where children feel confident and can learn and develop. They will work closely with our team to develop a comprehensive education plan that addresses the needs of all children.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents. They should also have experience working with children under six years of age and be able to adapt their teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each child.
Responsibilities:- Establish a Safe Learning Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children to learn and grow.
- Develop Children's Confidence: Foster a sense of confidence and self-esteem in children through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
- Plan Education and Care: Develop and implement a comprehensive education plan that addresses the needs of all children.
- Assess Children's Development: Regularly assess children's development and learning, using this information to inform future planning.
- Safeguard Children's Welfare: Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, and provide a safe learning environment.
- A first degree or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
- Completion of an Early Years or Child Care qualification.
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience.
- Experience of working with children under six years of age.
- Evidence of recent and relevant continuing professional development.
