Job Title: App Monitoring Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an App Monitoring Expert. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in monitoring applications and experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration.

About the Role:

This position involves utilizing your knowledge of application monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace, to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement long-term solutions. You will work closely with the application teams to ensure seamless operation of their services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and configure Dynatrace for different applications
  • Develop alarming setups for Dynatrace and Splunk
  • Analyze and optimize application code for error handling and alerting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks
  • Understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
