About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in solar system design, electrical engineering principles, and project management. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution, provide technical guidance and support to installation crews, and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Provide technical expertise and support to installation crews, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in solar solutions engineering, including design, development, and project management.
  3. Proven expertise in solar system design software and electrical engineering principles.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  5. Strong project management and organizational skills.
