Key Responsibilities:\r

* Translate conceptual ideas into engaging and user-friendly designs for web and mobile platforms\r
* Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve usability\r
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions\r
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility\r
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design\r
* Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization\r

Requirements:\r
\r
* 1 to 2 years of design experience with a portfolio showcasing a breadth of excellent brand-related work\r
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field\r
* Strong design sensibilities, from high-level strategic direction to production details\r
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent\r
* Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished projects\r
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies\r
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions\r
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously\r
