Job Title: Senior AI Architect

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the end-to-end design and delivery of an AI-powered solution combining Natural Language Processing, Anomaly Detection, Generative AI/Rapid Application Development, and Rule Engines on Cloud Platforms.

About the Role:
  • Define the architecture blueprint for our AI initiative, encompassing data ingestion, lakehouse formation, feature extraction, model training, and API/UX integration.
  • Select, train, and operationalize NLP, anomaly/fraud detection models, and GenAI/RAG components, ensuring human-in-the-loop oversight.
  • Implement experiment tracking, model registry, continuous integration/continuous deployment for models, automated evaluation, drift monitoring, and rollback procedures.
  • Design retrieval pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector namespaces), guardrails (prompt policies, allow-lists, PII redaction), and citation-based responses to enhance our AI system's efficacy.
  • Oversee the feature store, labeling strategy, and high-quality gold datasets; enforce data quality rules and lineage to maintain data integrity.
  • Optimize SKUs, caching/batching, and cost/per-token dashboards; establish service-level objectives for latency/throughput.
  • Break down epics/stories, estimate and sequence work, unblock the team, and run technical design reviews to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Translate business policy into rule + ML ensembles, present options, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Establish a testing pyramid (unit, data, model evaluations, e2e), performance targets, and observability dashboards to monitor AI system performance.
  • Produce design documents, runbooks, SOPs, mentor engineers, and uplift coding and review standards to maintain high-quality development practices.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
