IT Strategist

We are seeking a skilled IT strategist to lead our consulting efforts and provide high-quality solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engagement efforts to deliver value-adding solutions to customers.
• Review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze solutions defined for client business challenges.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and propose structured approaches to client change management.
• Coach and create vision for the team, provide subject matter training, motivate, and inspire team members.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions.

Technical Requirements:

• Primary skills: Java, software configuration management systems, strategic thought leadership.

Additional Skills:

• Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.
• Strong business acumen, strategy, and strategic thought leadership.
• Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate.
• Two or three industry domain knowledge.
• Understanding of financial processes and pricing models.
• Client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, project and team management.

Preferred Skills:

• Java, software configuration management systems, strategic thought leadership.
