Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect

LTIMindtree is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and aligning the technical and architectural vision for our program solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategy and solution support for Oracle HCM Core HR application, with a broader understanding of Oracle HCM Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, and Security.
  • Participate in determining the system, subsystems, and interfaces, validating technology assumptions, and evaluating alternatives.
  • Align the customer's short-term and long-term roadmap and features with Oracle's new release cycles, regression testing for patches, business enhancements, and production break-fix solutions.
  • Identify enabler capabilities and features, remove architectural gaps and impediments, and promote adaptive design and engineering practices.
  • Serve as a change agent, combining technical knowledge of Agile principles with an intrinsic motivation to improve the company's software and systems development processes.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience with Oracle HCM Fusion applications, with a thorough understanding of HCM Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations between various Oracle HCM applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand business HR concepts and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Workflow and notifications, reporting capabilities (BIP/OTBI), and security aspects.
  • Solid understanding of PaaS to SaaS integration framework and successful track record in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget.
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and administration, with the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems.
