Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Mobilization Program Manager who can combine deep technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR with strategic leadership in program mobilization and delivery management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs and have experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, including design, build, configuration, and integration of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Delivery:
    • Design, build, configure, and integrate Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications to meet business needs.
    • Lead technical solution design, customization, and performance optimization.
    • Manage data migration, integration, and troubleshooting across platforms.
  • Program Mobilization & Governance:
    • Set up processes, tools, methods, and quality controls for new large-scale programs.
    • Mobilize cross-functional teams, including sales, solutioning, CoEs, delivery, engineering, and recruitment.
    • Track contract deliverables including financial structures, liability clauses, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Drive schedule, budget, and quality tracking through industry-standard tools.
    • Presents program updates to client steering committees and governance forums.
    • Mentor teams, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and provide SME-level guidance in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Required Skills:

  • 13–15 years in IT delivery with a minimum of 7–8 years in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
  • Proven experience in mobilizing and transitioning large-scale delivery engagements.
  • Strong Agile delivery management expertise.
  • Functional domain knowledge in at least one area: HR, Finance, or Supply Chain.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to GenAI technologies.
  • Awareness of emerging technology trends.
  • Experience across the AMS lifecycle (mobilization, transition, stabilization, run & evolve).
