We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • The completion of US F&A GL month close tasks
  • Submission of Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis.
  • Preparation of Balance sheet, Income Statement and Accruals movements
  • Guidance on the preparation of monthly financial accounts in line with SOPs and processes.
  • Annual Accounts and Finalization of Accounts of Group Companies and Consolidated Accounts for the Company in line with US GAAP.
  • Monthly consolidation of the group companies.
  • Assistance in the preparation of year-end books for audit purposes and liaison with auditors for interim and final audits.
  • Implementation of suitable internal control systems in the department.
  • Supply of information to top management on a monthly and need-basis.

Involved in the formulation of various systems, policies and procedures commensurate with the needs of the company.

Requirements:

  • Well-organized individual with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with management and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills, including task prioritization, deadline management and multitasking.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to changes in the work setting.
  • Ability to manage work with an offshore team.
  • Knowledge of different ratios, US GAAP, FCCS/EPM and Power BI.

Desired qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 5 years of experience preferably from Big 4 firms.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Work experience in staffing and IT software companies is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional client service, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively internally and externally.
