Job Overview

Comtek Solution is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and quality of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Quality Management
    • Define and enforce data quality standards across data domains.
    • Conduct data quality assessments and audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and incompleteness in the data.
    • Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to establish data quality metrics and KPIs.
    • Build processes to monitor data quality metrics and report on data quality to stakeholders.
    • Provide support and guidance on best practices for data management and quality.
    • Develop data quality dashboards and reports for ongoing monitoring and analysis.
    • Manage the resolution of all data issues identified.
  • Data Profiling and Analysis
    • Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends.
    • Work closely with data owners and users to understand data requirements and provide insights to improve data quality.
    • Identify and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
    • Develop and maintain data cleansing routines to enhance data quality.
    • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends impacting data quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with Data Teams, Operational Teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to drive a culture of data quality management.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies related to data governance, quality, and data platform.
    • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance Data Quality practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e., Information Management, Computer Science, Business Analytics).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Python or R.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data quality management.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI for reporting and visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and technologies.
  • CDMP, CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications would be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience of Human Capital data.
  • Experience in Azure technology is nice to have.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively in both English and Arabic.
