Tata Consultancy Services Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud to lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex cloud projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and deployment, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Cloud Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, leveraging your expertise in case management, entitlements, live chat, knowledge management, and Einstein Bot.
- Integration Experience: Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and minimizing technical debt.
- Lightning Component Development: Develop Lightning Components using Aura and LWC, following best practices and ensuring high-quality code.
- Apex Programming: Write efficient Apex code to automate business processes and integrate with other Salesforce features.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate technical requirements and solutions to stakeholders, working collaboratively with development teams to deliver high-quality results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud features, including case management, entitlements, live chat, knowledge management, and Einstein Bot.
- Proven experience with API integrations and automation using Apex programming.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tata Consultancy Services offers a competitive salary package, including:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
