About the Role

We are seeking a Tele Marketing Executive to join our team at Chemmanur International Holidays And Resorts Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for making courteous conversations with customers and prospective customers over the phone, generating promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team, and accurately recording details of interaction with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To make calls to potential customers to convince them to purchase the company's products and services.
  2. To handle digital response-based leads and follow up on promising leads and appointments.
  3. To maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective customers.
  4. To possess excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge or proficiency in mobile applications.
  5. To report to the Telemarketing Supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
  • Language proficiency is essential as per the region and not education.

Years of Experience

1 Year / Freshers preferred

Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated to be around ₹2,50,000 - ₹4,00,000 per annum, plus incentives and a travel allowance, depending on industry standards.
