Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at vayuz-technologies. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine user experiences.
  • Design Development: Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and project managers to translate business goals and user needs into compelling visual experiences.
  • Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Consistency: Ensure consistency of design across all platforms and maintain adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Accessibility: Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  • Communication: Communicate design rationale clearly and work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Time Management: Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional work within project scope.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Design Principles: Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Responsive Design: Familiarity with responsive design and grid systems for various screen sizes and devices.
  • Design Systems: Experience in creating design systems and component libraries.
  • Front-end Technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies to effectively communicate with developers.
  • Accessibility Standards: Understanding of accessibility standards and user experience best practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
